I asked for a 10 foot PVC fence on my front porch, along with left and right railings going down two steps. First, when they put in the 10 foot fence there was a post in the middle. They installed one bottom rail almost an inch and a half lower than the other on either side of the center post. I had to point this out before it was corrected. Then came the stair rails. First, the rails they used did match the porch rails. They corrected this. Then, the did not use the proper sheaths that would make a smooth connection between the rails and post. The just used screws which left unsightly gaps between the rails and post. The installer told me 'did the best I could". I complained and they removed the entire rails. They then came back with new rails. When they started putting in the new posts I had to tell them that they were not the same height as the porch posts. Again they fixed it. Finally, after almost a week after the installation, one of the bottom rails on the porch fell out and all the vertical slats fell out. I had to call them back one more time to repair it. My point is that I felt I was the supervisor on the job, pointing out faults as the job progressed. I felt this should have been a very simple job for a 'professional'. After what I went through I couldn't comfortably recommend them to anyone for anything.
