I have 20 years of experience repairing all models and makes. I have worked for every major car repair service companies including Midas, Meineke, Firestone, Goodyear, Pep Boys, etc.

Now I run my own little garage. I only keep around 10 to 15 clients at a time. I offer honest prices and a guarantee on all my work. Work performed is by me not by someone else. You pay for my experience, not my time!

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Brakes,front end, engine work

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Check out the customers. I have a list of people that only let me work on their vehicle. Dont take my word take theres!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Things arent always as they appear. Being quick doesnt mean cheap! Take your time looking ask question any good mechanic love to educate the customer it helps them as well as you.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Get rates up front! Dont settle ask for more discount a fair price is a fair price.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I take my time never in a rush. You deal with me one on one. Quality work is never in a hurry! I dont hurry a job sometimes it takes a monent to realize what is really going on with the vehicle at hand.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Im the boss. I have know one telling me I have to hard sell someone to make a quota this is mine it belongs to me so the energy i put in it i will get out of it.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Why are you not working for some big outfit:
"I did that and was not satisfied trying to sell a 800 dollar brake job to a mom with four kids in a 1988 chevy station wagon who looks like she was having a hard enough time"

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. A customer car broke down at a bank downtown he called me up said there was a line of cars behind him please help so i did i drove down got out and pushed him through the teller lane...by hand!

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. You can learn everything you can about automobiles from books and such but to truly be able to fix them you have to have a knack for it. The work is hard but it is almost compared to a doctor experince is the best teacher!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Cars and boys just go together where i grew up. It was up to you to have your car running if you wanted to go out!

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Head gasket they needed it back asap worked through the night to have it ready by the am. Everything went beautiful!

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Always.

A. New diagnostics equipment

A. Go to School stay in school learn all you can then do an apprenticeship somewhere to understand the business at hand and if your really want to dedicate yourself to it
