Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Know your goal. We don't expect our clients to know anything about the video production process. But if you have a specific goal, we can talk with you about how to reach that goal. Sometimes, a video is not the best choice. If that's the case, we can recommend other types of communication vehicles and some top service providers to help you meet your goal.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Video production is not just "grab a camera and shoot that." There is a lot of planning involved and some high tech equipment. Patience and planning are essential. Projects can be done on very short notice but it usually requires hiring extra help for more hours, thus costing a good bit more.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask for references. When a professional does a good job they will have testimonials from satisfied clients to back it up. I have several listed on my website and as a member of the Zanesville-Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce I have many people there who can attest to my professionalism and quality of work.
