Introduction: Hello, we are J.A.K. Flawless House Painting. We are a small family-owned and operated business. We paint the interior and exterior of houses, including fences and decks. We are straightforward and honest about our prices and work! We, Julie and Angie (owners), are the main painters, and always make sure you are getting excellent work at a good price. We have personally been painting houses for 13 years. We started in VA, where were from, and now we live in Ohio. We are now doing awesome work here too! We get the job done in a timely manner and at your convenience, while fixing any eyesores of old, peeling, faded paint, or if you would just like to have your home redone. I am a very neat person, and do my work the same way. I paint houses like I would want my own done. We know times are rough right now, so we are really affordable. We price by the room and per coat of paint, starting at $80 a room, depending on the size. You pay more for bigger rooms, higher ceilings/walls, and second coats are always half price. Bathrooms start at $50, also depending on the size. Work agreement forms are presented and signed on the starting day of work for your safety and ours. We will also help you pick the right colors and paint for your home, if needed. The difference between us and other painting companies is that we actually enjoy painting.
