Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Residential electric.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Look for someone who is willing to spend a little time getting to know you and your situation. someone who will not try to talk over your head, but explains things until your satisfied.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I like to focus on the safety aspects and routine maintenance on electrical systems. not just fixing something when a problem arises, but being proactive about stopping problems ahead of time. My work also looks at the entire 'big picture' of safety throughout the home.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Mostly, i like knowing that i have made a difference in someone's life.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Is it really that important? yes! most people don't realize, for example, GFCI receptacle manufacturers recommend testing them monthly. we don't think twice about routine maintenance on our cars, homes, hvac systems, etc. but never consider our electrical systems.
