My dogs went to Black-Tie for a month. I received updates and videos throughout the training. When we collected them, the difference was noticeable immediately! The in house training they received was excellent. I would have given a 5 star but I’m less impressed with the ‘after service’. I was told when I collected my dogs that that was only 75% of the training and we still had one on ones to do for the next few weeks. I messaged a couple of times during the first week and while my questions were answered, I could tell the service I was receiving wasn’t the same. And not at all surprised - I got no follow up sessions, check ups or anything! I haven’t heard from Black-Tie since I collected my dogs and asked a couple of questions the first week.

I have a goldendoodle a little under a year old. I have small children so we were looking for basic training and behavior classes. Vince did an excellent job handling the dog and showing not just me but the entire family how to handle him and get his attention which was extremely helpful. we all noticed a big difference and are grateful.
