I chose Buckeye State Roofing to replace my roof and the process was so easy! I gave them a call and they came out to give me my free quote the next day. Any questions/concerns I had were taken care of. My roof was put on as quickly as possible and the workmanship was out of this world!! I highly recommend Buckeye State Roofing to anyone that's looking for the perfect contractor!

My roof was in really bad shape. Needed a total tear off. I had gotten a few quotes from other roofing companies. I wasn't happy with their lack of professionalism. Then I contacted Brent Collier of Buckeye State Roofing in Brunswick, Ohio . Bob Cooper the Project Manager came out to give me a quote. These guys and their work crew were total professional. I'm totally pleased with the roof and the way Brent and Bob communicated we me thru the project. I would highly recommend Buckeye State Roofing .

Good experience from start to finish. Very easy to get a free estimate. Any questions about the estimate were answered promptly. Installation was quick and easy. They finished a few hours early because no wood needed to be replaced. Highly recommend them!

We cannot say enough good things about Brent and Buckeye State Roofing. The process from beginning to end was so much easier than other companies / contractors we have worked with in the past. The process with the insurance company was a bit arduous with initially telling us to repair and then offering full replacement but Brent was there to assist along the way and was very patient, understanding, and helpful while working through the insurance piece. In the end, our roof was replaced in early April and the team that came was professional, quick, and cleaned up after themselves, which we appreciate with small kids and dogs. Very happy with our experience and the end product that we received. 5/5 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Buckeye State Roofing was awesome to work with. They made the entire process such a breeze for us. Brent was on time, extremely professional and detailed. He explained the entire process in depth with us. He handled all the paperwork and back and forth with our insurance company. Once everything was approved, we were given a date. The crew showed up on time, they were all extremely nice and extremely hard workers. They cleaned up everything so well that you would not know we just had our roof replaced.The roof looks amazing. Its beautiful. They did excellent work and its obvious they take pride in their craft. Before they packed up, they asked me to come look over everything to see if I had any questions or concerns, which I did not.Buckeye State Roofing did an excellent job for us and I wouldnt hesitate recommending them to anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Buckeye State Roofing, we offer FREE roofing inspections and quotes to anyone who reaches out. A lot of our insurance homeowners end up only being responsible for their deductible! For our homeowners looking to go the retail route, we offer financing and we give our fairest prices as much as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we have a new homeowner we are working with, typically the first step is to set up a day and time to get someone on our team out to the home. At the initial meeting, we will inspect the roof, take some photos, and get our measurements. After the inspection, we are able to help our homeowners go about their roof projects as efficiently as possible. Then, we provide our homeowners with a FREE estimate! We love meeting new homeowners and we're always taking on new projects!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Buckeye State Roofing has been in business since 2010. Brent is the owner. Brent is an Ohio State University graduate. He has experience as a roof installer as well. We have a team of experts who all have experience in the roofing industry. Our team has the knowledge to help homeowners with insurance claims as well. We're always continuing education and expanding our knowledge.
