Introduction: We offer Pay It Forward Pricing. Our prices are much lower than the big box repair services, and even the local Big Kahuna Computers (fka DC Parts) shop. Their advertised hourly price is $49.00. We handle all general computer and laptop issues on windows based machines, XP/VISTA/WINDOWS 7. We can handle some issues virtually while you sit at your computer and laptop. Our In Person service area is Lakewood, Ohio. Emergency or Same Day Service will have a Fee of $50. Most issues, tutoring or training can be handled virtually using remote Tech Support, just like the big boys, but cheaper!
