Introduction: We offer donation-based adult hatha yoga classes, kid's yoga classes, nutritional workshops, cleanses and counseling, Thai yoga massage, and more.
These donation-based classes and services benefit our mission to provide all members of all communities with yoga, health, and wellness.
Our work includes teaching in detention centers and to young mothers, children, and many others at risk populations.
