I have also built 3 restaurants from the ground up and complete remodeled 8 others. I have worked on over a 1000 homes. Also work with landlords with all their maintenance needs, currently have 12 retail properties and B&B properties that we maintenance.

Very simple way I operate. You can buy all the materials yourself and just pay my labor rate to install it. Or If you don't want to get the materials then just pay my labor rate to gather necessary supplies and reimburse me for the materials and pay my labor rate to complete the project.
There is not much I can't do. If I can't do it I will tell you. I believe in building a relationship with all my clients. So I will always be completely open and honest. I am a perfectionist by nature. I will always respect you and your property. I stand behind all my work and will strive for you to be completely satisfied with everything!
