Phil Crawford and his team at Crawford Restorations worked with me to have a shed roof replaced unexpectedly after a storm. This was a small job for them, but it was handled as professionally as any of their larger jobs. They were able to work within my budget, did an excellent job of replacing the roof and were super good at communicating. I would recommend them and use them again if the need arises.

Our entire experience working with Phil was excellent. From the first call to come and examine the issue, through a total roof replacement, and working with the insurance company, he was always available for questions, provided detailed overviews and options, and kept us informed. He worked to ensure we understood the process, explained all of the issues, and set expectations around each step. He and his team were diligent in working with the insurance company to ensure we were getting everything covered that should be covered to ensure we were put back to normal. We highly recommend Crawford Restoration to all and would not hesitate to use them again.

I had a small leak in my roof and Phil came by to check it out. He advised to submit a claim to my insurance for roof replacement based on his assessment of my roof. He worked with the insurance company throughout the process and it got approved. They installed the new roof within a day. They did a great job. Great communication and easy to work with. I honestly never thought at the start of the process a new roof would be approved by my insurance so I'm glad I connected with Crawford Restoration to assist me with this issue.
