- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing to start but do advertise specials offers on our website and other mediums. We make a concerted effort to follow up with the customer to make sure our solution was a success. For some of our many customer testimonials go to reliable drain dot com /testimonials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up an appointment, asking questions about your potential plumbing, drainage or waterproofing problems, and following up with a professional technician meeting the customer in person, showing up on time clean, and courteous to any customer questions. We are licensed bonded and insured and take precautions to show up with all parts and equipment needed to start where we are not running around to maximize hours and money efficiencies for both the customer and ourselves.

Multiple licenses including OH plumber license #23730. Master Plumber credentials.
