Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. When it comes to social media, more isn't necessarily better. Keep it simple, relevant and provide value. Look for a provider who is willing to take their time with you.
Be willing to be involved. It is your company, your website, your profits.
Yes, websites and social media do work to drive customers to you, but it doesn't happen over night. Depending on your budget, this can happen more quickly.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I empower my clients to take control of their web presence.
1. I make sure they are the registrant for their domains and they know their user name and passwords to their server accounts. So many don't have access to their own information. Many are held hostage by their old developer. I believe all of this information belongs to the client. It's their business and their website, not mine.
2. I also make sure the client is trained on how to make the changes they desire to their website. Most only need to know how to update a page and add pictures. I give them that capability.
