Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Residential House Cleaning.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. You get what you pay for.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. The only thing I can say is this is a service business. Either it is in your heart to serve or it isn't. If it is not in your heart to serve it will come out sooner or later. There are no real secrets, companies charge what they are worth you just have to find the right company for you. The proof is in your work and service. That is how you judge any company.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Just tell us the truth. If we are going to step into a mess just be honest. Do not sugar coat your situation. We need to be prepared especially with the right equipment.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. At VesCo we like to think our work stands out because we care. We care what our customers think about our work and we want our competition to know we are here to set a new standard in customers service. We are a group of professionals who take cleaning and satisfaction seriously and we are striving to become a household name not only in Cincinnati but through out the US.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Serving people! As the owner I have worked in the banking industry for many years. I simply grew tired of having my hands tied and providing just the banks level of satisfactory service. My wife has been cleaning since 2000. I feel like God has put it in my heart to serve and only since I joined my wife in this business, have I truly become satisfied with what I do.

A. 1) How much do you charge? LOL....
2) What areas do you service?
3) Do I have to sign a contract?
4) What products do you use?
5) Will I have differant people cleaning each time?

Answer
1) We charge two differant ways, flat fee and hourly. There are variables. Feel free to call or email me and we can discuss your details.
2) All of Greater Cincinnati, Northern Ky and Springboro Kettering areas.
3) No contracts at all. You are not binded to us and we are not binded to you.
4) We use an assortment of name brand products. Glass plus, Zep, Bruce, Mr. Clean, Murphy's, Green Works, Clorox, Pledge and any product requested.
5) You will get the same 4 person crew. We are very personable and you will get to know us very well.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I had a customer who was the sweatest older lady. We cleaned for her monthly and she had been battling breast cancer for a long time. Well I guess it finally got to her because she had hospice coming into her home. I believe it was the month of February 2010 and she didnt look to good. Something in my head was telling me to pray with her before we left. So when we were done my crew and I asked her to pray with us. I had know Idea what I was going to say but the words just poured out like sweet honey as we all held hands. That was the last time we ever cleaned for her. I will never forget the smile on her face after we finished our prayer.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. How much we care.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I didnt decide it. I feel God gave me the passion to serve and simply compelled me to join with my wife.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I would like to say that we are pleased with all of our work. We do charity cleans for the community and that pleases us for the simple fact that we sacrifice and bring joy to other peoples lives.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Nothing officially certifiable. We are just house cleaners. I will say that given my history in banking, compliance and sales that I personally am always on the up and up with anything that will benifit us and the customer and put us both ahead.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Only time will tell, for now things are just pretty simple.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. Right now we are working on private labeling our own cleaning products. This is still in the works and we want to start offering these products on our website and through retail outlets. We are still in the planning process and cost is questionable.

A. We are all about simple. Nothing is written in stone. We are here to make peoples lives easy and simple not to burden them with complexity.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Remove your ego, humble yourself and be ready to be a servant.
