Introduction: Are you struggling to regain a sense of hope and purpose in your life and relationships? As a ministry leader or care giver, have you been working to invest in the lives of those around you and somehow lost yourself in the process? Life can become extremely overwhelming at times. It is my desire to help individuals, couples and families navigate life’s journey and experience a depth of relationship that comes from walking through difficult times of conflict, suffering, and loss to the other side of hope, restoration, and healing.
In working together, my goal will be that you feel seen and heard as you engage in the counseling process. As I lean in and become curious about each client’s unique story, I help individuals look below their surface level emotions and behaviors to explore a deeper underlying of heart felt beliefs about self and others. My ability to engage in difficult personal and relational spaces in life helps to shed light into darkness and hope into brokenness as I focus on walking with clients towards wholeness and connection.
I specialize in cross cultural transitions, grief and loss, interpersonal conflict, life coaching, couple’s counseling, anxiety, and depression. My hope is to provide a safe haven for my clients to find personal growth and relational healing amid difficult personal and family experiences.
I enjoy working with ministry leaders, international and cross-cultural populations, and those experiencing personal or relational crisis. I am able to offer alternate counseling modalities such as individual or couple’s week long intensives, weekend retreats, and psychoeducational workshops to meet client’s unique needs.
