- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer private and group instruction. Your first session will be a complimentary private session between 30-60 minutes that will allow us to assess your needs and determine what pricing options work best for you. Our pricing is available at www.fitnessphysiques.net
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I regularly attend continuing education events to stay current. I am particularly interested in Pilates on Tour for the most in depth information available.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Not all Pilates instructors are currently certified. Make certain that the instructor you choose is a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher. You may do so by checking their credentials on the Pilates Method Alliance website.
