I am so pleased to find Larell! He was thorough, methodical and a pleasure to converse with. The dishwasher was stubborn, but he patiently figured out how to dislodge it without damaging anything. The repair took longer than anticipated and he worried about making his next customer wait so he made sure to keep them updated and still give meticulous attention to his work.
