A. We do many wedding receptions, picnics, bbq's, corporate events as well as deliveries.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Get three estimates and compare apples to apples.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. We are in business to prepare the right amount of food for your event, we bring extra, so we never run out of food.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. If they are renting a banquet room, they should make sure the room is big enough for their event. Considering display tables and dance floors use up valuable space in a room. The same goes for out door receptions with tents.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We have catered over 1500 weddings in the past 50 years. We cater 7 days a week. We offer Buffets, Sit down style dinners and deliveries. We offer set menu's or will develope menu's suited to you.

A. I like preparing foods and watching satisfied guests call back for more events year after year.

A. There are many differences in caterers, we have the experience with over 50 years in business to make your event an enjoyable one.

A. I have enjoyed working with people and preparing food.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. We catered a company picnic for over 450 people that had been using a caterer for years and because that caterer had become "pricey" they decided to look at other caterer's. They were very happy with our services and quality of food and presentation.

A. We have a very simple pricing system and even post it online on our webpage. Any customer can price out their event prior to calling us.......it even has options built in.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Be ready to work long hours for little pay.
