We are a semi-private personal training studio located in Mayfield Hts. If you are looking for a great place to work out without that feeling of people watching you, then this is your place. We have certified personal trainers available for all of your fitness needs. Our facility is only 2 years old. We have brand new locker room with private showers. We are conveniently located off of 271. If you are looking for a more private place to obtain your fitness needs, then we are the place for you. We offer 1 hour personal training sessions, as well as 1/2 hour sessions, and group training is also available.
