- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to be fair with our pricing. We typically aren’t the cheapest OR the most expensive, but we aim to bring the most value to every customer. We will absolutely NOT sacrifice quality just to be the lowest quote… if that’s what your after, you’ll get what you pay for. You’ll pay more in the long run because you’ll have to hire a legitimate company to come fix the botched job from the guy you hired originally. We do offer great discounts if you are able to provide us with any of the following: - referral business (tell your friends and family about us! You’ll be compensated for each referral with no limit on potential discounts). - you’d be willing to write us a positive review. - you’d be willing to be a reference for our potential customers. - you’ve served in the military, health care, or as a first responder.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with customers from all walks of life, from small one-room jobs to large commercial projects (schools, churches, nursing homes, etc).
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We had a customer who just bought her house, and was concerned about the roof. There were missing shingles and some areas with warping. She was nervous that there might be rotten sheathing and possibly some leaks. We knew she needed help ASAP, so we made sure to have her new roof installed WITHIN ONE WEEK of signing a contract. All rotten sheathing was replaced, and her new roof looks amazing. Most importantly, she now has peace of mind when it rains!
