What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$65/hour or discounted packages are available to purchase.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free 30-min consult where we discuss everything and estimate number if hours and discounted packages. I also ask a lot of questions as it is one of the most important parts so I learn to understand your true needs and how I can create a peaceful environment for you. I send storage options (if needed) after our first or second visit. I also walk you through so you can maintain what is setup.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a couple degrees in Education/Administration - earned Master's in 2005. A few courses outside of this as well. Learned a ton but my work experience and intuition has really driven my expertise in this field.
