Ivana is great!
I’ve never worked with a PT before and I was nervous to start.
3 weeks in ….I feel comfortable, she’s receptive if I need a longer period to take a break in-between exercises & modifies exercises to fit my current abilities. She will push you in healthy ways. Highly recommend her to anyone!

Ivana is a wonderful personal trainer. She truly cares about her clients and is interested in helping them achieve their fitness goals. She is helpful, responsive, and is willing to go above and beyond to help her clients. She is also very personable, has a great personality, and makes you feel comfortable and at ease, regardless of where you are at in your fitness journey. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! She is truly the best!

Wouldn’t have asked for a better personal trainer! Ivana cares about your goals and will help you achieve them. If you have any issues with meal plans or workouts, she can works around them to accommodate your needs. She also has some great taste in music:)
