Broadleaf Computer Services offers a great benefit to small businesses. Keeping our system running smoothly is not easy, but having BCS available for the past year gives us peace of mind. Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Contact us for computer service. Our rates are low. We won't run up your bill. We check with you at each step of the process to get your approval before proceeding.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I would want to know how to protect my computer against viruses and spyware for free.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How do you compute charges and what is a fair estimate of the job and what is the maximum labor charge?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We charge only for the servfice you receive. If we can't recover your data, for example, you don't have to pay us for trying. If your computer is not worth repairing, we tell you and let you decide. We stand behind our work and will not let you down.
