Sensible Home Design is a locally owned and operated home planning and design company. Sensible Home Design has been serving the greater Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio community since 1996.
Sensible Home Design is not limited to this area. We are currently working on projects in Kentucky and Tennessee, and have done projects as far away as South Dakota.
