Great at what he does. I am also in the industry, and can vouch that he really knows his stuff.

Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I come to you when you have a computer or anything electrical that you need fixed. It will be fixed quickly and cost less than letting anyone else fix it.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I've always worked with electronics. I've been taking things apart since I could first work a screwdriver. If something can't be fixed it can almost always be adapted to work just the same as it used to.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Your computer is running slow? Ok, we'll see whats making it slow. It could be as simple as the registry. In that case I run a program and it's fixed. Or you may not have enough RAM. It all depends on what you have and whats wrong with it.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Anything can be fixed. Sometimes parts have to be replaced. But it's often cheaper to just have it repaired than to buy a whole new product.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have always worked with computers. To this day I am always rigging something to work again. Repair is sorta my thing.
