Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Never take the first bid. This gives you the chance to get to know who will be doing the work and also to see how knowledgeable they are. The cheapest contractors usually cut corners and do the worst job.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I would surely want to know about the durability of the products being used. Some painters thin the paint out to save money but in that process it kills the performance of the product and its ability to maintain its durability and finish.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Is there a warranty offered with your service. If there is no warranty chances are they are not a professional. You should also always ask if the contractor is insured and if you state requires it if they are licensed.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. The color schemes and how they match up from room to room. Some colors that you think would brighten things up can actually dim a room and the different types of sheen can make a room seem smaller or bigger.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I give the extra effort in the quality to ensure the customer is not only satisfied but will use me again in the future and even possibly refer me to a friend.
