- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are 100% transparent with our clients. We keep it simple with no hidden fees. Standard Move Price Structure(s) - 2 move specialists $100 per hour with a two hour minimum and a $150 truck fee - 3 move specialists $150 per hour with a two hour minimum and a $150 truck fee - 4 move specialists $200 per hour with a two hour minimum and a $150 truck fee - A $1 per mile travel fee will be applied for any service required outside of a 50 mile range from our office ***If you require labor only service there will be a travel fee of $1 per mile that we travel from our office. The truck fee does not apply on labor only jobs. The two hour minimum policy still applies***
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I reach out to them asap. Next, I know every potential client and their situation will be different so I’m attentive to any concerns or special requests they may have. Lastly, to just make sure we are the best fit for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my opinion, experience is the best teacher. I’ve provided moving services for over a decade now.
