Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Most of my jobs are Remodeling Rooms in Homes such as bathroom and kitchens also we do alot of tile work.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Is it worth while Remodeling a Kitchen or Bathroom if im going to sell my house in the future?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Are work stands out in the crowd because our customers are not treated like a number they are treated like family. And we put 110% in every job we do and we always do that extra little touch to really make the customer happy.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The most satifying about the work we do is first is to make the customers happy that is are goal is to make the customer happy. Second is the end product which comes back to the customer if there happy then we are too.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How many years experience i have? I myself have 11 years experience.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That we as a small family owned business treat our customers like family not a number.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. My first job was working for a Home Improvement Company and I fell in love with the end results and the customers reactions.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. I would say to make sure you plan for the ups and downs as far as winter being slow and other three seasons have to plan on workin alot
