I was referred to Susan by a trusted friend to design and construct my website and business cards. I was very pleased. She was fun to work with, designed my website (go see it at donallenphd.com), and did a lot of little things that I did not expect to make it better. For example check out the app that directs people to my office. I will continue to use her when I need to grow my website and design pamphlets, etc. I have already referred her business.

I keep abreast of best practices in both business and marketing by reading whitepapers, several business/marketing books, and subscribe to the top small business marketing blogs as well as a content marketing magazine so I can inform my clients of current trends.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently rebuilt a website for a client who was unhappy with their previous web developer. They wanted someone who actually knew how to communicate often and someone who could build a website that they would be able to manage easily. Their previous site was developed with a program that was too complicated for the every day person to manage. They love their new site and love the fact that I stayed in touch with them every step of the way. Because of this project, they want me to work on other marketing projects! So excited!
