Curtis was extremely helpful and responsive once I submitted my proposal through Thumbtack. He got me on the books within a day of the initial request, and answered all of my questions in a very kind and friendly manner. Nathan showed up within the provided time window and was able to get up into our garage attic space to seal off all potential access points where the birds were nesting and entering the home. He was thorough and helpful, and recommended great solutions for keeping birds out in the long run. I will definitely reach out to Swat if and when we run into a pest situation again.

Curtis was quick to respond to my inquiry. Although my contact was.late in the day he was able to set a time for the next day. Messaged prior to the set time advising their arrival in 15 minutes. Removal of the hornets nest was quick and thoroughly cleaned up. 👏 very happy with their service.

SWAT came out on Monday because I heard an animal in my attic. They came and set traps in my attic and my backyard where I've seen a groundhog. The next day they returned and caught a raccoon in my attic and possum in my backyard. Then they came a second day and caught another raccoon in my backyard. They are returning to patch up the hole so animals cannot get in my attic. They were great and I would recommend to anyone.
