Introduction: Sensible Staging & Redesign (SSR) provides staging services to homeowners and/or realtors. I will come to your location, do a walk-through and do a mini consultation. At this point, you can decide if you want SSR to stage for you, or if you want to do it yourself. If you prefer SSR to stage, I will take “before” photos and prepare a proposal. If you decide to do the work yourself, a detailed DIY report will be ready within a few days for a fee of $300. We can use furniture and accessories that are in the house, or we can select rental furniture for you at an additional cost. When I redesign (make-over) a room or rooms for a homeowner, I will use your furniture and accessories to create a fresh and comfortable place to live and entertain. Staging - it just makes sense!
