It's obvious that our dogs are more than just that; they are part of the family. I believe that having good quality photos of them is essential. My portraits aren't your standard fake backdrop kind of deal. I think it's important to go out in your dogs' element, places they enjoy and can really be themselves.

I like to show your pet's personality, but the location of the sessions really make the shots! I aim more towards the fine art aspect of dog portraiture and images that show your pet at their best, but also images that are a work of art and worthy of hanging over your mantle.

I guess I'm trying to say that my images are far more than just a plain headshot you can get done in any regular studio. If the traditional route is more your thing, I'm not the right photographer for you.

I also have recently partnered with Eden Creek Wolves. These ambassador animals allow interactions, giving people a better view on how wonderful wolves really are. Portrait sessions and workshops with these amazing creatures are now available!

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I don't use forced posing, fake backdrops, or do anything to make my doggie-subject uncomfortable. All sessions are shot organically, as things happen. No stress for the animals at all- only fun!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Being an animal lover and also an art enthusiast; combining my love for the two for a career is most rewarding.
