- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One organizing session with me is 4 hours. 4 hours is $120. Payment will be completed upon the conclusion of the session via cash, check, paypal, venmo. And after the end of each session, you can have one trunk full of donations donated or one trunk full of unwanted items disposed of by me complimentary. To receive discounts, book more than one session with me and prepay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hello new customer! Upon meeting, I love to have a Facetime virtual consultation of your space which is free! In person, there is a fee that must be paid after the consult and it is nonrefundable, but it does get applied to your end of session bill as a credit. When using my services, one session with me is 4 hours. And after the end of each session you can have one trunk full of donations donated or one trunk full of unwanted items disposed of by me complimentary.
