I recently had the pleasure of working with the Ophelia company when my 93 year old great grandfather passed away. The company was incredibly helpful in clearing out his house before it was sold by my grandmother. The staff was respectful and sympathetic of our situation and went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done quickly and efficiently. They took the time to understand our needs and provided us with helpful advice and recommendations on how to best go about clearing the house. The staff was friendly and professional, and had a great eye for detail. We were very happy with the final results and would highly recommend the Ophelia company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to help them with a difficult task. It was a multi room per story, two story duplex in Cleveland.

Having three extra bedrooms in my home was great when my children were living at home, but once they moved out of state it created a challenge. With no one to fill these bedrooms anymore other than them popping in maybe once a year, it was difficult to use them with a purpose because their doors just remained closed like three time-capsules. I wanted to reclaim my space, but didn't know where to start. After much thought, I decided to revert the extra bedrooms back into spare bedrooms that anyone visiting would feel comfortable staying in. I recently used this company's services to help me pack up their rooms. The team was extremely professional and respectful of all the items that were important to my children. They sorted through everything, discarding or donating anything that didn't fit into their new adult lives. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the end result was three rooms that were packed up perfectly and useable. I was very impressed with how organized and neat they managed to leave each room. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional and respectful packing services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One organizing session with me is 4 hours. 4 hours is $120. Payment will be completed upon the conclusion of the session via cash, check, paypal, venmo. And after the end of each session, you can have one trunk full of donations donated or one trunk full of unwanted items disposed of by me complimentary. To receive discounts, book more than one session with me and prepay.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hello new customer! Upon meeting, I love to have a Facetime virtual consultation of your space which is free! In person, there is a fee that must be paid after the consult and it is nonrefundable, but it does get applied to your end of session bill as a credit. When using my services, one session with me is 4 hours. And after the end of each session you can have one trunk full of donations donated or one trunk full of unwanted items disposed of by me complimentary.

I am a college educated entrepreneur with a passion for neatness.
