A. Technicians need two years of schooling plus two years of internship to be "Certified Technicians", then they need to continue their education to stay abreast of the new technology as well as new appliances.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. What service does the consumer need as oppose to what we offer. Then look for qualified techs and prompt service.

A. Quality and promptness of service.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. It is constatntly evolving and only the technicians that keep their technical education to date will be able to succeed.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Unless he truly loves working in electronics and gas and being challenged everyday along with continuing to learn the trade for ever, don't do it.
