- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an hourly Studio rate, but typically I like to provide per-project pricing based upon an initial meeting or discussion. That way, a relationship starts with the client at the very first conversation.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Brand Development (logos and identity work), Web Design (Web Sites and Social Media Development) and Forensic Marketing (reviewing existing Marketing Plans for client and finding what works, what doesn't, and how to better develop their Mix).
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I develop and manage entire marketing campaigns -- including oiptimizing existing ones. In addition to developing the inidividual pieces or tactics to a plan, I can coordinate entire campaign systems for them -- then apply and design the tactics. And it's much more affordable and efficient than typical agencies.
