I do not charge any fees if for some reason you no longer want/need to buy or sell.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a quick phone interview to learn about my new clients, and to fully understand their real estate needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Real Estate License in the state of Ohio. I also take 30 hours of continuing Education every three years. I meet with a real estate coach once a month to grow my business, and learn new techniques to better assist my clients. The real estate market is always changing, and is very important to stay one step ahead.
