    WOW!! Matt is very helpful and will solve any of your PC problems. Thought my laptop was ruined and Matt said don't worry and in no time it was like brand new. He solved our PC problems in a timely manner. He did a home visit and didn't make us wait for the computer. We got to watch what he was doing and he also taught us things that we didn't know. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is having problems with there PC..

    Matthew at Imperial PCs has helped me out several times. My laptop and my desktop have both crashed and Matthew got rid of all the viruses, recovered my files and gave me my Windows XP back--- all for a great price!!! I got my computer back the next day--- WAY quicker than any computer repair shop. AND he didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need or charge me for stuff that I didn't know about. Matthew is very professional and nice--- I am a customer for life! :)

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I would recommend that a use makes sure that they're comfortable with whatever provider that they're looking for. Ask a lot of questions, and do not settle for anyone who doesn't give a good answer.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. There aren't too many secrets that could be imparted upon a customer. Everything you want to know about computer repair is available on Google with little to no searching.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Require the professional to be as transparent as possible. Ask them about their work history and for references to their good work. Ask them about their website (because a lot of the time, if they'll take the time to design a website, they're more legitimate than someone who just tinkers).

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. The customer should think about what type of services they're looking for. Do you need a virus removal? Do you just want to start over with a new copy of Windows? Are you considering upgrading your components while I'm servicing your machine?
