- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a fee of $70.00 for a Service Call/Trip Charge per incident no matter how many trips a repair may take. I charge $60.00 per hour for time on the job site. Parts, Materials and Sales Tax are additional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A simple phone call to set up an appointment is all it takes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attending manufacture's, distributor's and professional association repair courses and seminars on line, and at annual pool and spa trade shows. I worked for a spa manufacturer for ten years teaching service to their Retailer's Service people.
