Steve quoted two jobs for me, both very fair quotes. For repair of my gutter, he did an excellent job - the result is seamless. All I had to ask him to do was repair it, and he gathered all the supplies needed and got the job done. Would highly recommend his work. I will use him again.

Asked Steve to come out and help with a remedy request (front porch settled, minor roof repairs, and mortaring minor cracks in the brick siding), and we was able to do so quickly, explained what he was going to do and why, walked me through the repairs performed to keep me updated, and kept to the quote he provided in our first discussion. I would definitely use him again for projects around the house.

Steve did a fantastic job working on my entire house. I had multiple indoor and outdoor jobs including deck repair, shutter repair, drywall, ceiling work, shower repair, and more. He is skilled at all things as all the work turned out so well. I can't say enough about how he is responsive to modifications in work. He accomplished all things on time and didn't overcharge for some of the easier repair items. I would definitely hire again and again.

In some cases I need to look at the project to be able to give you a accurate estimate and to see what materials and tools needed to complete the job.
