We have worked with Mike for over five years. He has always been here when we have called him in a timely fashion. We are a doctors office, our computers are very important, they have to be working properly at all times, so time is very crucial to us. We have two offices, he has gone to both offices on weekends and nights to upgrade and fix any of our computer problems. I can call him any time and know he will take care of us, that is worth everything. Mike has fixed problems that were caused by other computer experts, in order to get our computers up and running so we can be compliant in moving forward with Electronic Health Records.

Mike has worked on our computers for years- he set me up when I went into business on my own, he networked my computer with others in the office. He has fixed viral issues at home with the main computers and with the kids' lap- tops. He always gets the job done quickly and efficiently, and he will come and pick up your computer at your home or office- huge convenience! I would recommend Tech Pros. and Mike to everyone.
