I am a family owned business with low overhead, an my prices reflect that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st impressions are everything. I try to get on a personal level with every homeowner, an make them feel confident that they are going to get what they are paying for and more. some jobs are more intricate than others. But no matter the job, I make sure I do what I say I'm going to do at all costs, an follow through. There is no better feeling than getting a referral call from someone that says "Hello, I got your name and number from Jon an Jane Doe, an they said you did a great job for them an would like to speak with you about a project" very satisfying!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in typical machinery used, an OSHA regulations on PPE for each individual job. we hold safety meeting every morning if we are on a job with other trades, or if something has obstacles, an we need to get around said obstacles. we make sure we are doing our job in the safest manner possible.
