Adam was great! Easy to schedule and once he was here he got right to work and knew exactly how to fix the problem. Was super knowledgeable and gave helpful tips to maintain the appliance. I'd hire him again for any appliance.

Adam was a nice friendly appliance repairman. Easy to get a hold of and easy to work with. We had a 5 year old, speed queen washing machine. The top and lid were rusting bad. I called alliance (pws) the MFG... there excuse was all parts made were made & manufactured by alliance except the top & the lid, those were made in CHINA. NO WARRANTY. That's bull---t! A washer that cost $1200 bucks and zero WARRANTY. Never again SPEED QUEEN. The mechanical parts are perfect. The lid wouldn't operate the hinge portion where the switch was. So I needed to do something. All in all, parts cost me $176.00 New Top, New Lid, New Hinges, New Screws, New Sticker. Adam switched the parts over for us. In about an hours time. So In our opinion, he saved us A lot of money...$$$$. Thanks again. I have your card should I need another repair or to. Respectfully, David Rzonca

Adam was fantastic! Our built in microwave was not producing heat and he was able to quickly test the range of issues that could cause the problem. He returned with the parts that needed to be replaced and saved us from having to find a matching microwave. He also shared some tips for some of our other appliance issues we had at the time. Highly recommend!
