Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. We recently completed a full day video shoot for one of the largest law firms in the country where we edited five interviews mixed with footage of their event and got the job turned around for them over the weekend so that they could use the video for a press release to major media.
We edited a :15 second commercial for a client using existing footage for a past :30 second shoot and turned it around the next day for a television commercial.
We shot a product demonstration video for a client that involved shooting a room with multiple mirrors. That was no easy task, but we produced great video with no glares, reflections, shadows etc. They loved it!
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. In today's New Media age, it's best to have an agency who is proficient across all three screens- TV, Web, and mobile so that your message has a consistent look and feel across all mediums. Also, make sure that the company you choose is not outsourcing their work so that you can be sure that their work is truly what the represent.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Just because a website looks good, does not mean that it will show up well in searches or will drive business. You need to work with someone who has a good understanding of your sales funnel and keeps up with the latest online marketing trends in order to get real results.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. They should ask for examples of their work, references, and the experience of the person they will be working with.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our work stands out for others because we do everything in house and we all have experience working in major media. Our lead videographer has shot and edited video for news production nationally. Our lead web designer managed websites at major TV stations.
Whether designing a website or shooting video for a client, we take into consideration many elements that less experienced people overlook such as lighting, framing, the core message or story, usability and how to market the video or website online.
