  I can't begin to thank Darlene at the Social Security Advice website enough for assistance in collecting my past and present SSD payments. For months I was receiving nothing but erroneous information and delays from Social Security Administration but with a couple of calls and emails from Darlene to the local office, I received action on my case.
  
  These people know who to contact and further know what to say when they do to obtain results. Again, I just want to say "many thanks" and to recommend them most highly.

  The Social Security Advice Online provided excellent service! I tried finding help in the yellow pages, but the yellow pages help only focused on disability. My issue was filing for Social Security benefits, then suspending payments. This will allow my wife to restrict her application to spousal benefits only. I read about the idea in Kiplinger magazine, but when I attempted to talk to Social Security directly I hit a brick wall. The team of people at Social Security Advice Online were able to confirm the exact wording I needed to use, and run calculations of the alternatives. I could not find this help anywhere else. It was well worth the price. For me, is was great to have this double check before I made the actual filing. I'd recommend this service to anyone!
