Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. You as the homeowner should ask questions about the project .You should also get to know the contractor that will be entering your home by socializing with them . Any concerns should be addressed asap. Me as the contractor should be respectfull of you and your home. I should be on time and if not I should contact you asap.I should be able to answer all your questions. By the time I finish you should be completly satisfied and have a friendly relationship with me. I will always try my best to be sure that your not just another project. Your are a customer that is allowing me into your home to be a professional flooring contractor . That is what I am.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I think as a homeowner I would want to know the care and cleaning procedures that are recommended by the professionals.

A. In my opinion there is that one thing that seperates your company from the others ,As the customer you could ask what that may be.

A. If I were to tell you the jobs that I am proud of then I may be here awhile.I take pride in every job my company has the pleasure of working on. If I am not proud of a job then i will stay until I get proud.
