Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I feel like I am a trustworthy individual that will be honest and not charge for something that isn't needed. I am here to give my customers knowledge and education so they may make an educated decision. As we say, "If we can't fix it, it can't fix it!"
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Talking with my customers about any question they may have. I have customers whose parents live in different states that call me about questions. I think it's fun to solve problems.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Should I replace my system? Unless its 15+ years old typically I would say no, unless there is a major part failure such as a compressor or heat exchanger (less than 1% of my service calls are this). Otherwise unless you are going to be in the home for 5-10+ years you won't save enough to get your money back.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. You dont have to pay outrageous prices for this specialized skill in fixing HVAC systems. Even if you have another company show up and they give you a quote for $300 $600 $900 to fix a problem, call me. Chances are likely I can save you 20%!
