I feel like I am a trustworthy individual that will be honest and not charge for something that isn't needed. I am here to give my customers knowledge and education so they may make an educated decision. As we say, "If we can't fix it, it can't fix it!" Talking with my customers about any question they may have. I have customers whose parents live in different states that call me about questions. I think it's fun to solve problems.
