We charge the following fees for furnace installation:
* 95% efficiency, 2-stage furnace installed for $1,200. This unit qualifies for the federal tax credit.
* 80% efficiency furnace installed for $875 .
We provide a copy of our HVAC license and insurance at point of sale.
Our references include local building inspectors, commercial GCs, property managers, and hundreds of Craigslist customers.
All work is completed to written proposal with no money down; payment upon completion and your 100% satisfaction.
We are HVAC licensed and insured in the state of Ohio.
Our skill set also includes boiler, air conditioning, heat pump, garage heater, wall or space heater, water heater (tankless) , ductless mini-split (Mitsubishi and Fujitsu), air conditioning, gas lines, new home construction and remodel, and commercial RTU and services.
