Revive Yoga

I offer private and group classes. My prices range depending on travel, and if they are a group or private sessions. I teach a vinyasa flow for all level classes (mindful flow with sun salutations, core strength, flexibility, balance and breath focus), beginners' class (introduction to basic yoga poses (asanas) and breath and/or a vinyasa powerful flow (a more powerful vinyasa flow). All classes can be held in a warm or hot room, depending on preference, in my home studio.
