Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Be sure to do the research that the person who you are hiring is someone that actually has experience in the field that they are training. I think experience speaks volumes. Just because someone has a piece of paper that they have been taught something, it doesn't mean that they have DONE something. Teaching eBay and selling on eBay are two different things and being taught by someone who can share their experience can make a world of difference. Asking for references is also helpful as you can talk to others directly who have been trained by the person you are looking to hire. Or, if they have a website, look for testimonials!
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I would like to know if selling on eBay can truly be profitable. Learning from someone who has actually sold on eBay for a living would be a good place to start!
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask them if they have experience in the field they are teaching in. Ask what marketing experience they have in order to help you market your own business once you learn how to sell on eBay.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. What is their return of investment or the ROI? Is putting money into learning something going to help in the long run? How soon can you expect to get your money back?
