Introduction: I have been Blessed with a gift to create an ambiance when staging a home. Because of my background, I provide the services to update (paint,flooring, lighting. granite counters, shopping, organizing) before the staging. So, all of the updates flow together and you sell faster and for top dollar.

Lisa and her team did a great job of updating my 100 year colonial in Shaker Heights as I prepared to list it for sale. She was great about using much of the stuff I already have, acquiring or loaning a few key items to make certain rooms pop & most importantly, thinning out rooms. I have to also give her kudos for knowing how to tactfully push me into more current color schemes and decor. From staging and art placement to bigger projects (new granite in the kitchen & a bathroom refresh), Lisa's advice was spot-on and incredibly well received by potential buyers. While this was not an inexpensive journey, i know that Lisa's efforts were key to the sale of my home in a tough market with stiff competition. Lisa is low-key, professional and very careful with resources (time, money and possessions). I cannot recommend Staged to Sell Homes enough. While interior design and decor are not in the realm of my interest or strengths, Lisa made me looks like a savvy, trendy homeowner! The bottom line remains: she helped make my house look great and got it sold!

Time and time again I have seen Lisa's work. Ive seen a room that is average, drab, or just plain looking before she starts. When she takes over picking the right colors and has a unique process of directing the flow for the traffic in the furniture placement, Im literally awe struck. When she is finished, I want to sit down in the areas and pick up a book or watch something on TV and relax. The rooms have a sense of style and elegance; yet it is blended with hominess which is difficult to describe. The pictures that are taken after she has completed the work do NOT do it justice. Ive never seen anything like this before.
From the time she comes to the location to see what needs to be accomplished, to completing the remodeling or staging, is both smooth, and efficient. I am VERY surprised how quickly it all comes together. She is great to work with! I really cant think of anything which Lisa can improve on. When I step back and think about what she has done, the only word that comes to mind is Excellence.
When you see pictures of homes which are finely decorated in various magazines, her work is beyond that level of sheer elegance. Her work should be featured in those magazines. If you want the best, hire Lisa!

Staged to Sell Homes completely remodeled and staged my 2-story condominium.
I live out-of-state and inherited an almost 40 year old condo that had never been updated and was owned by a heavy smoker. Lisa returned my emails and calls promptly, and we set up a time to meet during my next trip to Ohio. During our initial consultation, she calmly took what was an overwhelming task for me and came up with a solid plan for what needed to be done to get this home transformed and ready to be sold at top dollar.
A couple months later, and with excellent communication all along the way, I was looking at pictures of a gorgeous property that I no longer even recognized!
Besides the fact that she is so skilled in what she does and knows exactly what catches the attention of buyers, she is just a wonderful person that is so easy to work with. She also has a large network of excellent contacts that were able to solve other problems for me, such as liquidating the contents of the home and getting it listed.
I highly recommend Lisa and Staged to Sell Homes!

Lisa at Staged to Sell Homes was a pleasure to work with. We were selling a house on the lake and felt we had a small window of opportunity to work with before the snow would start to fall. The house did not flow easily from one room to the next. Lisa made the empty house a home. She went above and beyond our expectations, working tirelessly to stage the house before our Open House. Within three weeks, the home was sold.

I RECENTLY LISTED A HOME IN SHAKER HEIGHTS JUST BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS. THE HOME WAS VACANT AND I REFERRED THE SELLER TO LISA. SHE MET WITH THE SELLER, DISCUSSED ALL HER OPTIONS AND NOT ONLY STAGED IT BEAUTIFULLY WITHIN A MATTER OF DAYS, BUT ALSO HAD PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS TAKEN. THE HOME SOLD WITHIN 8 WEEKS OVER THE HOLIDAYS AND WE EVEN HAD AN OFFER FROM AN OUT OF TOWN BUYER FROM THE PICTURES ALONE!!! LISA IS FABULOUS, VERY TALENTED AND CREATIVE!! A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER. STAGING WITH LISA REALLY WORKS!!
